Post a Fortnite clip from your Switch
On a Switch 2, the Capture Button saves your clip. On a first Switch, Switch Lite or Switch OLED, use the free Postparty app. Then make the clip vertical in Vertikl and post it.
On a Switch 2

Did you move from a first Switch? Delete Fortnite for Nintendo Switch and download Fortnite again from the Nintendo eShop. Epic says this gets you the Switch 2 version.
On a Switch, Switch Lite or Switch OLED
Here the Capture Button does not record Fortnite video. Use Postparty, Epic's free clip app, instead.
- Install Postparty on your phone. Sign in with the Epic Games account you play Fortnite with.
- Play. After a good moment, hold the + button. Fortnite saves the last 30 seconds.
- Wait up to five minutes. Open the clip in Postparty and save it to your phone.
- Open Vertikl, pick the clip and tap Export.

Good to know
- The Nintendo Switch App deletes uploads after 30 days. Sharing from it needs an account aged 13 or older.
- For more than 30 seconds, you need a capture card and a computer.
